How do pneumatic valves work:

Pneumatic valve is a kind of hardware pneumatic valve with air compression to control the valve. It has greatly facilitated the engineering operation of the related industry and also saved a lot of energy costs for the enterprises. When the pneumatic piston actuator is double acting, the gas source signal pressure output by the double action locator is input into the left and right two gas chamber of the actuator piston respectively. The pressure difference is formed because the pressure of the input piston left and right two gas chambers is different, and the piston is driven by the gear and rack, and the straight line of the piston is carried through the gear and rack. The motion is converted into the rotating motion of the principal axis of the actuator until the pressure balance between the left and right air chambers is balanced and the motion stops. The rotating motion of the stem and valve core is driven at the same time that the actuator rotates, and the circulation area between the valve core and the valve seat is changed to achieve the adjustment purpose.

When the pneumatic piston actuator is a single action, the gas signal pressure output by a single action locator is entered into the air chamber without the spring side of the actuator. The gas signal pressure acts on the difference between the thrust and the spring force on the piston. The cylinder piston acts as a straight motion through the gear, the rack drive, and the gas. The thrust of the signal pressure is balanced with the spring force, and the motion stops. The rotating motion of the stem and valve core is driven at the same time that the principal axis of the actuator is rotated, thus changing the circulation area between the valve core and the valve seat, so as to achieve the adjustment purpose.
