Daily maintenance:
1, valve storage environment should be noted that should be stored in dry and ventilated room, and plug the two ends of the road.
2, valve should be regularly checked, and remove the dirt on it, smeared with anti rust oil on its surface.
3, after installation and application of the valve, it should be regularly overhauled to ensure its normal work.
4, should check whether the valve sealing surface is worn, and repair or replace according to the situation.
5. Check the wear of the trapezoidal thread of the stem and stem nut, whether the packing is out of date or not, and make necessary replacement.
6, the valve sealing performance should be tested to ensure its performance.
7. The valves in operation should be intact, bolts on flanges and supports are complete, threads are not damaged, and there is no loosening.
8, if the hand wheel is lost, should be promptly filled, and cannot be replaced by wrench.
9. Packing gland shall not be allowed to be skewed or without pre tightening clearance.
10, if the valve environment is relatively harsh, vulnerable to contamination such as rain, snow, dust, sand and other dirt, it should install a protective cover for the stem.
11, the valve rod should maintain complete, accurate, clear, seals, valve cap.
12. There should be no sag and crack in the insulating jacket.
13, running the valve, avoid beating, or supporting heavy objects.
