Let the valve in a half-open position, flushing dangerous substances inside and outside the valve may exist.Close the ball valve, remove the flange bolts and nuts on both sides, and remove the valve completely from the pipe.Disassemble the drive unit in sequence - actuator, connecting bracket, lock washer, stem nut, butterfly shrapnel, gland, wear plate, stem packing.Remove the cover connection bolts and nuts, the cover removed from the valve body, and the cover gasket removed.Make sure the ball is "off" position, which makes it easier to take it out of the body and remove the seat.Push the valve stem down through the hole in the body until it is completely removed, then remove the O-ring and packing ring.

B.reassemble.
Cleaning and checking parts of the parts under investigation, it is highly recommended to replace the seat and bonnet gaskets and seals with replacement parts kits.Instead, assemble according to the disassembly order.Cross the flange bolts with the specified torque.With the specified torque, lock the nut.After the actuator is installed, the spool rotates the corresponding input signal by rotating the valve stem to open and close the valve.If possible, seal the pressure test and the performance test of the valve according to the standard after installing the pipe.
